Simplicity

Here is the second Art of 2009

Kokopelli

16 x 20 inch oil on canvas

I mixed Gold Oil paint into paint thinner and mixed until it was a liquid Gold. Then poured on to the canvas outside the studio. Let is stand for about an hour. Then turned over the canvas primed side down on the grass and spun the canvas around to give it the texture I needed, you can see the grass marks it the canvas and the swirl motion of gold.
